About these terms
These terms are issued by TheFan.Zone for TC Football - Test Portal on thefan.zone. TheFan.Zone provides the underlying platform. Individual portals and campaigns are administered by their named organisers. Read these terms together with the rules displayed for each campaign and our Privacy notice.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you believe your account has been misused. Use only your own account. You must meet the age, residence and other eligibility requirements shown for a campaign before entering. If you are under the age at which you can agree to these terms in your location, involve your parent or guardian and follow any additional campaign restrictions.
Games, quizzes, surveys and rewards
Each campaign states its availability, entry requirements, play limits and any rewards. Where chance determines a result, participation does not guarantee a prize. Refer to the displayed campaign rules for the prize pool, chances and any limits. Do not use automated entries, multiple accounts or interference with the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
Prizes are subject to the campaign's stated eligibility and claim conditions. A winner must provide the information reasonably needed to verify and fulfil a claim within the stated deadline. The organiser is responsible for the rewards it offers and for communicating any permitted changes or practical fulfilment arrangements. Contact the organiser promptly about a missing or disputed reward.
Fair and respectful use
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, submit abusive material, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt other users. We or the portal organiser may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with the law. You may contact us to question a restriction or a campaign result.
Content and external websites
Content, logos and game materials belong to their owners. You may use them for normal participation in the portal; other use requires the relevant permission or a legal exception. Links to another website take you to a separate service with its own terms and privacy practices. Social platforms do not administer or endorse a campaign unless its rules expressly say so.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the platform available, but maintenance, technical faults and circumstances outside our reasonable control can interrupt access. Contact us if an interruption affects an entry or prize claim. Updated terms will be shown on this page. Material campaign rules are provided separately with the relevant campaign. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
